Licensing
360 Risk Partners is a licensed insurance broker/producer. California Department of Insurance License No. 0I56005. Additional state licenses are held as required; a list is available on request from Bret@360riskpartners.com.
StorGuard 360 Program
StorGuard 360 is a program and brand operated by 360 Risk Partners for self-storage operators. StorGuard 360 is not an insurance company. All coverage is placed with third-party insurance carriers through 360 Risk Partners in its capacity as a licensed broker/producer.
Broker Role
As your broker, 360 Risk Partners represents you in shopping for and negotiating insurance coverage. We are not the insurance carrier and do not have authority to bind coverage except as specifically authorized by a carrier in writing.
Quotes vs. Bound Coverage
Any quote, indication, or proposal provided through StorGuard 360 is informational only. Quotes are not offers of insurance and do not create coverage. Coverage is subject to underwriting, eligibility, carrier appetite, and issuance of a policy by the carrier. Coverage takes effect only when a policy is bound in writing by an authorized producer and the carrier issues the policy.
Underwriting & Carrier Approval
Premiums, terms, conditions, deductibles, and coverage limits shown in a quote are estimates based on the information provided. Final terms may differ following underwriting review. Carriers may decline to offer coverage, request additional information, or issue coverage on different terms.
Compensation Disclosure
360 Risk Partners is compensated primarily through commissions paid by insurance carriers on policies we place. In certain cases we may also receive contingent or supplemental compensation from carriers based on the volume, profitability, retention, or growth of the business placed with them. Additional fee arrangements, if any, will be disclosed to you separately in writing before you are charged.
Errors & Omissions Insurance
360 Risk Partners maintains professional liability (errors & omissions) insurance in amounts consistent with industry practice. Certificate details are available on request.
