This Privacy Policy explains how 360 Risk Partners ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the StorGuard 360 platform (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: name, business/company name, work email, phone, password, and role.
- Insurance documents: current policies, declaration pages, loss runs, statements of values, and other files you upload. These may contain business, property, location, valuation, and claims data.
- Communications: messages you send us through the platform, email, or phone.
- Usage & device data: log data, IP address, browser, device, and interactions with the Service.
2. How We Use Information
- Prepare and deliver insurance quotes and service your account.
- Submit information to carriers and underwriters to obtain quotes, bind coverage, and service policies.
- Communicate with you about your account, quotes, and coverage.
- Improve the Service, prevent fraud, and comply with law.
3. AI Document Processing
We use AI models to help read, structure, and summarize the insurance documents you upload (for example, extracting coverage limits and named insureds from a dec page) so we can prepare quotes faster. Extracted data is stored in your account and reviewed by our team. Uploaded documents are not used to train third-party foundation models.
4. Storage & Security
Documents and account data are stored with commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including transport encryption (HTTPS) and encryption at rest through our cloud provider. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
5. Who We Share Information With
- Insurance carriers, wholesalers, and underwriters for the purpose of quoting and binding coverage.
- Service providers that host, secure, or support the platform (cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics, document processing).
- Legal & regulatory: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Retention
We retain account, quote, and policy-related information for as long as your account is active and thereafter for the period required by insurance recordkeeping obligations and applicable law. You may request deletion as described below; some records must be retained to meet legal, tax, or regulatory obligations.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing Bret@360riskpartners.com. California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
8. Cookies & Tracking
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management, and limited analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
9. Email & Marketing
We send transactional emails (account verification, quote status, reminders) as part of the Service. With your permission, we may also send periodic marketing emails about StorGuard 360 programs and coverage updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link; you can also email us to opt out.
10. Children
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under 18.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date.
